Our classes are run by expert instructors who are dedicated to ensuring that students improve and achieve in a safe and engaging environment. Our team guides students of all ages and all levels to achieve their goals, allowing students to develop confidence and a strong sense of community.

Our Programs

Traditional Taekwondo

3-6 years old

This progam is about building foundational skills and confidence in a fun, safe and social environment. Kids will develop balance, coordination, and basic motor skills while learning key values like listening, respect, and teamwork.

Advanced belt students working on hand techniques

Traditional Taekwond

7+ years old

The 7+ years old Traditional Taekwondo program follows a progressive belt system focusing on hand techniques, poomsae, self-defence and sparring. Students gain confidence, resilience, and discipline as they set and achieve their own goals.

Sparring Competition Training (by invitation)

Warriors Sparring Program aims to train and prepare competitors for State, National and International Sparring competitions. Warriors training includes strength and fitness training, high intensity drills and tactical sparring.

Poomsae Competition Training (by invitation)

Warriors Poomsae Program focuses on training power, poise and precision when performing Poomsae. Our athletes build on confidence, focus, discipline and flexibility. Poomsae training includes strength and flexibility training, technical Poomsae training and basic fundamentals.

Demonstration Training (Black Belts)

Demonstration training is open to Black Belts who would like to progress their training to the next level. Our demonstration team will showcase their skills during live performances. Demonstration training cultivates discipline, teamwork, and creativity.

Personal

Training

Personal Training is an excellent opportunity and effective way to help you stay on track with your learning and improve your techniques for Belt Promotion or Competitions. Personal instruction time with our experienced instructors will help our students achieve their goals in a focused approach.
