​​​​I understand that Taekwondo is a physical activity and will require a certain level of physical contact. I give permission for my child to participate. I agree and understand the activities set out by WeiWu Taekwondo at my own child's risk and that WeiWu Taekwondo or its instructors and staff cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during tournaments, demonstration and training.

​​​Code of Conduct
I agree as a parent, WeiWu Taekwondo is not responsible for the supervision of my child left unattended. Once my child has left the training centre, I agree that WeiWu Taekwondo is not responsible for the supervision or any injuries that may occur outside the training premises. It is a requirement that for the safety of my child, any child under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when entering or leaving the training centre.

I agree as a student/parent, to behave in a respectable manner to all parents, students, and staff at the club or at club events. This includes minimizing distractions and interruptions to the class or minimizing loud noises before or during class.​

Fees
Fees have been calculated to take into account the scheduled breaks when our centre is closed i.e. grading days, competition days and public holidays. This means your payments continue throughout the calendar year; they are not dependent on the centre being open. By signing this agreement, I accept that payments are to be organized in this manner and agree that there will be no refunds or payment suspensions due to grading days, competition days and public holidays. I acknowledge that fee plans are fixed term and there will be no fee proration.

I understand that WeiWu Taekwondo may change the structure and pricing of their fees. I understand that WeiWu Taekwondo has to consider the changing market with regards to their operation costs and may have to increase their pricing to account for these changes.​
 
I acknowledge and agree that I will maintain membership and pay the dues specified to WeiWu Taekwondo. I agree that I will be liable for dues for the entire term of this agreement in the amounts as stated herein regardless of usage or any change of circumstance. I agree that fees are payable in advance and must be paid by the due date. I acknowledge that all fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.​

Payment Holds & Refunds
​I understand that if I wish to hold my membership for any reason, I can request a membership hold for a minimum of one week. All membership hold request must be submitted via the Membership Hold Request Form. I agree that Administrative Fees apply for all membership hold requests.

I agree that requests for membership holds due to illness or injury must be supplied with a medical certificate provided by a medical practitioner. The duration of the membership hold will be subject to what is stipulated by the medical certificate (minimum one week).

I agree that there will be no refunds if my child/myself is absent from class including the reasons of illness, vacation, family commitments and extra-curricular activities.
 
Health & Safety Policy
WeiWu Taekwondo has the right to refuse entry and training for any members showing symptoms of illness.​
​
Photography & Video
I give WeiWu Taekwondo full authority to use photograph/video images of my child/myself for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand and agree that all rights to my photographs belong solely to WeiWu Taekwondo and could be used indefinitely.

By registering and as a member, I certify that I have read/been read to, understand and comply with all rules, policies, conditions and regulations of WeiWu Taekwondo. I agree to hold harmless all branches of WeiWu Taekwondo, it's instructors, staff and representatives from and against all liability claims, suits, damages, levies, cost, losses and fees arising out or related to my activities or actions during my membership and trial period.
