When I walked into the wonders of taekwondo, my nerves were hard on me. I started from the first, a white belt. Then I gradually worked my way towards higher levels as I trained constantly and graded into harder, yet better levels. The while as going higher, it got a slight stricter manner when I started going to the harder levels and the patterns and gradings became more demanding. However, I kept at a persistent state no matter how many times I made mistakes. The going was hard and I considered it. I decided to keep going after red belt and go to a high standard and maybe to keep going after black belt.

Thinking back, there were many places we moved around, and though that happened, the taekwondo was nevertheless a wonderful training to do. Going from a scared kid, and now I’m not so scared of bullies, and being able to fight back is a very remarkable life skill that I’m happy to have learnt. They taught me not everything was soft, and easy, and that fig. They taught of the times when not to rush, of how sometimes you need to pace it for good outcome. The importance of good and sharp reflexes to your surroundings, and how progress must be earned, and hard worked for.

Thank you for teaching me on this taekwondo journey to this place that lets me learn good skills and knowledge from the best instructors ever to help us learn taekwondo for a very good future. Some things I can learn, but this taekwondo is amazing. It was a great experience that I’ve have done, and it was complicated and challenging as the level ascended. The very first time I stepped into the class, it felt new and exciting. It started getting me to think that there is more things in world. Thank you for helping through this hard journey and teaching me skills. Thanks to Masters Brian, Bryanna, Benecia and Joyce.

Thanks for the support and hard lessons!
