It all started when I was 6 years old, my mother decided I should learn some self-defense, so I started learning taekwondo to protect myself and build my life skills. It’s been four years since then and I have gotten a lot better. For example, I can now kick harder, and my self-defense has gotten a lot better than when I first started.
My most memorable moment would definitely be when I first got my white belt. It felt like a huge sense of accomplishment and was always very proud to wear my white belt in front of the class.
In taekwondo classes, I have made many new friends and we always treat each other with respect, we train with each other, always help each other and we respect the master with veneration. I will always continue practicing, even when training becomes difficult, I will always try my hardest.
Through practice, I continue to learn many new skills and improve in my lessons. Taekwondo has taught me discipline, balance and teamwork helping me with many other sports, Taekwondo has taught me to be a better person in general.
I intend to practice taekwondo and develop my skills, as it is an activity that I will always truly enjoy and value. Through regular training, I hope to become stronger, more disciplined and more confident in my abilities. Taekwondo has already taught me many important lessons, and I believe it will continue to help me grow both as a student and as a person.
